The User Experience

identrica offers an effortless user experience.

The only two components they need are their mobile phone (or landline) and an Internet connection.

Step 1: The user browses to their normal authentication window. A dialog box will prompt them to enter their phone number, their UserID and password.

Step 2: They use the phone number they have just entered to call the identrica service (it is not answered so there is no charge for the call).

Step 3: … then they click the LogIn button. If everything has been verified by the identrica authentication server, access is enabled.

The elegant simplicity of token free use makes possible the only truly manageable and cost effective answer for two-factor authentication in the world of the consumer or the citizen.

A user can be ‘activated’ immediately. They can be up and running as soon as their phone number is registered (de-registration is equally instantaneous). This straightforward approach makes identrica the perfect fit where you may have mixed groups of users in addition to your permanent employees. Temporary users, guests on site for the day, contractors, short term collaborators, online customers – can all be accommodated easily without the need to provide (and retrieve) tokens
